POA. Typically 12-15% of overall wedding budget, with minimum fee applied.
Services included
Venue sourcing for Ceremony and Reception.
Supplier Sourcing, such as; photographer, videographer, content creator, cake, florist, wedding attire, transport, HMUA, stationery, entertainment, lighting and decor.
Attending consultations with suppliers.
Engagement with suppliers on the day of the wedding, ensuring they know where to be at the right time.
Venue & Supplier Sourcing and Liaison
Creation of a comprehensive timeline of your day, including all of my behind the scenes tasks.
Meeting all suppliers on the day for set up, ensuring they are on time and know where they need to be.
Ceremony Rehearsal - planning and run through to ensure everyone knows where they need to be and when.
Time Management
Maintaining a spreasheet of all costs and payment dates.
Budget Management
Troubleshooting
Emergency wedding kit box on hand including essentials for those ‘just in case’ moments.
Discrete handling of any unexpected eventualities.
Guest Attendance & Logistics
Assisting with arranging transportation and accomodation for guests.
RSVP management.
On Hand Support
Presence for up to 10 hours on wedding day.
Regular meetings and unlimited email and phone call support.
Special requests.
Wedding Design Support
Creation of moodboards, floor plans, table plans, and suggesting ideas for the decor of the wedding.
Additional Celebrations
Planning and coordination of pre and post wedding celebrtions such as a meal the night before, or brunch the day after.
