Liason with your venue & suppliers on your behalf arranging ‘on the day’ schedules for them all.
Coordination of remainder venue set up including table plans, decoration, and music ensuring the ambience and room are exactly how you planned.
Venue & Supplier Liason
Creation of a comprehensive timeline of your day, including all of my behind the scenes tasks.
Coordination of order of events including the ceremony, wedding breakfast, speeches, cake cutting and first dance.
Meeting all suppliers on the day for set up, ensuring they are on time and know where they need to be.
Time Management
Responsilbilty for all monies for supplier payment balances on the day.

Troubleshooting
Emergency wedding kit box on hand including essentials for those ‘just in case’ moments.
